Random Curiosity

If you’re like me, you waited the whole year for the NBA All Star Weekend to come around – and while Friday and Saturday’s festivities were quite entertaining, were left a bit disappointed at the actual All Star game. There were moments – just a few brief moments – of excitement, but otherwise, the pace and excitement fell back as quickly as it had picked up. If you have no idea what I’m talking about, no problem, you didn’t miss anything besides LeBron embarrass himself with a failed off-the-backboard dunk attempt.

Anyways, I was bored to the point where I started thinking about the all stars in the current anime season. Yeah, the game was that bad.

Locked in battle with her brother, Sara remembers how she always been chasing after him.

Summary:
To start the battle with the Deague ship that is under Ralph’s control, Lottie and company face off against a huge cloud of Tumors.

Summary:
Although initially panicked that there are no allied ships around, the Libertad crew soon receives a transmission with a level 1 encryption from the unmanned Bregma base.

Summary:
Having taken the Mimic box out of Emily, Melchisedec and Carmichael tell the Libertad officers that it’s actually 600 years old. In comparison, Strains are only 150 years old.

Come this time of year, most anime series take a week or two break (last year was no different). To clear up any lingering schedule uncertainties that you may have, here is a table of what’s airing and what’s not for shows that I’m currently blogging.

Please make particular note that Negima!? and Bleach will be airing episodes on Thursday, January 4th. They are being preempted from their normal Wednesday spots on January 3rd by an Enka New Year’s Special and then the Japan vs. Mexico Boxing Grand Prix. Unfortunately, this means that that particular Thursday will be completely hellish for me since it’ll be four shows on one day (maybe even five if I end up watching Saint October). And on that note, you can probably expect the Winter 2007 Shows Preview to go up sometime later this week.

With Emily gone, Sara chases after the garbage truck that went into the city.

Summary:
Sara finds herself surrounded by Lottie and friends all the time, though the one watching from a distance is now Lavinia who secretly has feelings for her.

Summary:
Emily and Ralph are walking through a hallway in the Deague warship when she accidentally bumps into a less-than-happy Barrow.

Summary:
In their battle formation with Lottie up front and Sara in the back, the Reasoner group is going head to head with Ralph Werec and a horde of Tumors.

Summary:
Lottie tries to attack Ralph Werec’s Gloire-type, but he dodges and instead prepares to cut her in half.

Summary:
A seriously damaged Gambee arrives in the hanger bay and the pilot requires immediate medical attention.
